FAQ

What is the shipping time?

My goal is to ship items out as soon as possible, but keep in mind that all products are handmade, so please be patient. Shipping time varies depending on if I have the items in stock. Most items will ship anywhere from 1-7 days. The time of delivery is dependent on where you live. All items ship from California, USA.

I only accept orders from the U.S.

Is it normal for paint to settle at the bottom of my cup?

Yes. If your cup has liquid inside of the double-wall, it is normal for the paint to settle after a couple of days. All you have to do is give it a good shake and it will return back to normal. I recommend letting it sit upside down when not in use.
